How many miles do I get with my rental?
Unlimited. All Jeep rentals come with NO mileage limit but must stay within a 100-mile radius of the office rented from. Need to drive further away? Let us know.
Rentals are not allowed to travel to Mexico — NO EXCEPTIONS.
How old do I have to be to rent a Jeep or Slingshot?
To rent a Jeep or Slingshot you must be 21+.
Do I have to have a driver's license?
Yes. You are required to have a valid state drivers license, and it cannot be in a suspended or revoked state. However, international drivers licenses are NOT required.
Are there any security deposits?
Yes. When renting a Slingshot or a Jeep, if booking with a debit card you will be subject to a $500 Security Deposit at the time of vehicle pickup. We waive this security deposit when booking with a major credit card.
Any damage that might occur will either be taken from the $500 security deposit or applied against the credit/debit card on file. Any damage above $500 will be billed against the debit/credit card up to the deductible amount of your auto insurance and anything additional will be placed against your auto insurance policy. Supplemental Damage Waivers are available as well.
Are there any taxes?
Yes. When booking, the insurance, taxes, and any additional fees are added to the rental price.
What is the refund policy?
Please be aware: we offer 100% refund to any rental that is over 30 days out from the time of activity. Inside of 30 days, there will be no refunds, but we do allow you to reschedule your reservation any time within a 24 month period. No exceptions.
Drivers who appear intoxicated, hungover, or unfit to drive will be allowed to transfer their rental to a different, safer time slot based on availability. Absolutely no refunds are given to impaired drivers at our full discretion. The safety of others is our top priority.
Is there a military discount?
Yes. All military personnel (active and retired) receive 10% off. Thank you for serving our country!
Are there any group discounts?
Yes. We have corporate event packages available upon request for reservations of 6 rentals or more. Please contact our reservations team for more information.
Are there hourly rentals?
Yes. The minimum rental period is 1 hour. The maximum rental period is 7 days. Need to rent a car for more than 7 days? Let us know.
Are there any penalties for late returns?
Yes. Returning a rental after the specified time results in a $250 late fee plus proration amount.
Are there any speed restrictions or governors?
No. However, you are required to follow all state and federal laws and we encourage you to drive responsibly.
Can I book a Jeep for someone else?
Yes. Reservations need to match the name on the payment card. However, you can add additional drivers.
Can I book Jeep rentals online?
Yes. Our website uses a secure and encrypted online booking system.
Can I pay with cash?
No. Reserving a Jeep in advance requires full payment up front, and a credit card must be put on file for any damages or fines collected.
Do you accept prepaid debit cards/gift cards?
No. All payment cards must have a chip and be attached to a bank account matching the name on your rental agreement.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. Although, Jeeps are generally booked weeks in advance.
How early should I show up for my rental?
20 minutes before your rental start time.
