Rental Requirments
- 21 years of age or older ( $30 Fee if under 25 Years old)
- Valid drivers license
- Full coverage car insurance
UNITED STATES:
Proof of existing full coverage insurance with at least 100/300 Bodily Injury is required.
INTERNATIONAL/CANADA:
If coming from anywhere International, you will be required to have Short Term Auto Insurance with coverage in the United States. We do not offer it. Please check with http://icarhire.com or a company of your choice prior to making your booking.

Vehicle Tire/Windshield Protection- $59
Covers cost of tire replacement and or windshield replacement if damaged. This does not cover towing, or less of vehicle rental time. Tire Actual Replacement Cost $435 plus mount and balance Windshield Replacement Cost- $275 Plus Installation.

Minor scuffs and scrapes (which are relatively inexpensive to repair) are billed to you directly on the payment card you use to make the reservation or would also be covered under a full coverage insurance policy*.

All Jeep rentals come with NO mileage limit but must stay within a 100-mile radius of the office rented from.

All military personnel (active and retired) receive 10% off.

All cancellations, regardless of the reason, can only receive a maximum 50% refund. We strictly adhere to this policy.
*Drivers who appear intoxicated, hungover, or unfit to drive will be allowed to transfer their rental to different, safer time slot based on availability.
Absolutely no refunds are given to impaired drivers at our full discretion. Safety of others is our top priority.

We absorb all taxes, processing, and other company related fees with the exception of our required International Supplemental Insurance coverage.

To rent a Jeep you must be 21. ( An additional fee of $30 is charged for people under 25)

Returning a rental after the specified time results in a $250 late fee plus proration amount.

However, you are required to follow all state and federal laws and we encourage you to drive responsibly.

The minimum rental period is 4 hours. The maximum rental period is 7 days. Need to rent a car for more than 7 days? Let us know.

Reservations need to match the name on the payment card, however, you can add additional drivers.

Our website uses a secure and encrypted online booking system.

But reserving a Jeep in advance requires full payment up front, and a credit card must be put on file for any damages or fines collected.
